to start, i really love the emotion and the vibe behind this pic, along with your cartoon-realism style! the colors are also very nice. lots of good contrast, and managing to stay away from super bright or "eyebleeding neon" colors. if i were to give any advice i'd say to add some shading to the background and people in the picture, seeing as without it, it almost seems as if everything is floating. for example, some shadows on the blonde girl's face, hair, and body would be very crucial to defining her personality and her sinister look, along with shading signifying the boy's fear. i'd also be careful with making sure everything doesn't look too "sketched" or "doodled" in serious artwork like this. clean lines will really help with giving it a very refined look.
aside from those little things, i think this piece is great! work on those two little issues and you'll do great things with your art, i know it! good job!
